A new chapter for Atlas Aerospace.
The Stephens Group has formed Aptus Aero, a new aviation MRO platform, and named industry veteran Dale Gabel as CEO. Aptus Aero has acquired Atlas Aerospace as its founding company.
Atlas continues to operate as a standalone business from its Part 145 repair station in Miami, Florida. The business will continue to be led by Managing Partners Hollmann Guevara and Alfredo Aguayo and the same experienced team our customers have known and loved for years.
