Atlas Aerospace was founded in Miami, Florida in 1978 as an FAA-certified Part 145 repair station, committed from day one to meeting and exceeding the requirements of the airlines, MROs and OEMs we serve. Almost fifty years later, we continue to be renowned for our quality, workmanship, fast turnaround times and reliability.

Our technicians are cross-trained and experienced, with the skills to rebuild parts from start to finish — ensuring quick turn times without compromising the workmanship our customers trust. With decades of combined industry experience on the floor and in management, we continually seek opportunities to master new and better methods, advance turn times, ensure accuracy, and improve customer service.

In 2026, Atlas joined Aptus Aero, a new aviation MRO platform formed by The Stephens Group. Atlas continues to operate as a standalone brand from Miami, Florida under the same Managing Partners and the same proven team. The acquisition gives us a stronger runway for the investment, technology and growth that will keep Atlas at the forefront of component MRO.
